Terms of service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
Scope
Littleton's Scheduler — this web app and the companion Chrome extension — is a private, Phase 1 pilot tool built by Renew Work for Littleton's Market. It is not a public service. Access is limited to an email allow-list configured on our backend.
Acceptance
By signing in you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign in. Sign out via the button in the header to end your session; you can also email us to remove your email from the allow-list.
What the scheduler does
The scheduler is an experimental prediction tool. It reads historical operational data from Toast POS, queries weather and holiday APIs, and uses an AI model (Claude, via Anthropic) to suggest next week's staffing volumes. It does not write anything back to Toast, to your R365 scheduler, or to any other system of record. The manager keys the final schedule into R365 manually.
AS-IS, no warranty
The scheduler is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Predictions are suggestions, not directives. The manager is responsible for the published schedule. Neither Renew Work nor Littleton's Market is liable for decisions made on the basis of scheduler output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renew Work's total liability for anything arising from the scheduler — performance, downtime, prediction errors, data handling — is limited to the fees paid for the engagement that produced this tool. Phase 1 is currently zero charge.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in link confidential. Don't share it or paste it
into a shared channel.
- Report bugs, incidents, or suspected misuse to Nate at
natelusher@renewwork.co.
- Use the scheduler only for Littleton's Market business.
Service availability
We aim for best-effort availability during Phase 1 but make no uptime commitment. Planned maintenance and ad-hoc downtime happen without advance notice.
Changes
Material changes are communicated to the allow-listed users by email before taking effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
